Meet Tonika 'Toni' Wheeler - Creative Force Behind BluLibra Ent.
Tonika ‘Toni’ Wheeler — The Heartbeat. The Vision. The Voice. The Editor Behind the Impact.
I’m Toni—video editor, spoken word artist, speaker, and creative director.
Through Blulibra, I help people and brands share stories that stir emotion, elevate impact, and leave something real behind.
As the founder of Blulibra Entertainment, I don’t just tell stories—
I craft experiences.
I edit with emotion.
I speak with intention.
And I build every project to leave a lasting impression.
Who I Am
I’m not just an editor. I’m not just a performer. I’m a storyteller in every sense of the word.
Before launching Blulibra, I spent years immersed in the world of film production, screenwriting, and acting. That foundation taught me how to see the heartbeat of a story, how to craft emotional rhythm, and how to hold space for meaning—whether on stage, on screen, or in the editing room.
Those roots run through everything I do today:
I edit with a screenwriter’s sense of flow and feeling
I perform with a filmmaker’s eye for visual drama
I speak with an actor’s awareness of timing, tone, and truth
BluLibra Entertainment was born from all of it—experience, art, and purpose—braided into a single offering. BluLibra Ent. is more than a company. It’s a calling.

As a poet and editor, this is where it all comes together.

Let your voice be seen—and felt.
My Philosophy
Every cut. Every word. Every shot.
Should speak. Should serve. Should matter.
I don’t just want to be your editor or your speaker. I want to be your partner. I want to be your the voice and vision that helps you connect—to your audience, your mission, and yourself.
My Creative Roots
I didn’t just stumble into storytelling—I studied it, lived it, and performed it.
Before launching Blulibra, I worked in film production, screenwriting, and acting, which deeply shaped how I see stories today. That background taught me not just how to shoot and edit—but how to feel the story beneath the surface. How to bring emotion forward. How to hold a moment long enough for it to change someone.
That experience fuels every project I take on. It’s why my videos don’t just “look nice.”
They speak.
It’s why my performances don’t just fill time.
They move people.
If you’re looking for visuals with voice, edits with emotion, or a speaker who makes people feel—I’d love to connect.
