Tonika 'Toni'  Wheeler, also known as BLU LIBRA proudly represents the ‘Rockin’ L’, meaning she's a LOBO,  native of Longview, TX. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix and AA in performance from KD College (formerly KD Studio). 

She is the entertainment director at BluLibra Entertainment and has years of experience with script writing, plays, poetry, and other entertainment avenues. She officially incorporated her multi-media company, BluLibra Entertainment, www.blulibraent.com, in 2021.
